When my husband keeps telling me everyday that I need to update my blog, I would say that I am well past due for an update. The problem is that I haven't taken any pictures lately and I don't really like to blog without pictures. Lately I have had the attitude that if I just ignore things they will go away...the laundry, the bills, cleaning, my stomach hanging over my belt etc etc.....sadly, that isn't the case! I've found that as things get tough in my life I tend to just shut down. Not sure why that is, but I think that I am done feeling sorry for myself. It is the Christmas season and I want to feel grateful for the good things in my life! So here is a little recap of the good things that have been going on in our lives.

Brynlee is such a fun 3.5 year old. She is still loving going to school twice a week and gymnastics once a week. She recently surprised us when she just blurted out and said the pledge of a allegiance perfectly. I was glad to know that she was learning something at school. Usually when I pick her up she tells me she can't remember what she did that day. She still loves to sing and learn new songs and is getting really excited to go to Sunbeams in January. She recently informed the whole post office that her little sister's name is "Halle Rae Rae....and she's a drama queen!" She had the whole place cracking up! She is our little social butterfly and I hope that doesn't change. She was soooo excited when we put up the Christmas tree and can't wait for Santa to come and bring her some presents. She is a great big sister and is always looking out for Halle. Although her age brings a bit of attitude and backtalking we love her so much and can't believe how old she is getting!

Yay for updates! I WAS wondering if you guys were still alive! I'm glad you had a good Thanksgiving--now on to Christmas! Yippee!
Glad to hear you are alive...I know what you mean about shutting down when life gets hard, cuz I do the same things and I've had a hard time getting into Christmas as well. Sounds like we need a girls night out!!!
You were in Twin Falls? You were only 45 minutes from our old house.
I am so glad you guys are back. We missed you. We think we have the best next door neighbors ever. We miss you when you are gone. We miss those little knocks at our back door. And our grape juice wasn't feeling very appreciated either just sitting in our fridge.
YEah! What a cute update...and sweet gals you have!
I too know what ya mean about feeling sluggish when times are tough! :) But sometimes I think that's ok. It just usually means you're taking care of the most important things (like yourself) and the rest, like laundry, blogging, and cleaning can DEFINATELY wait! :)
love ya!
So glad that you're alive and doing well! I find hope that Brooklynn is not the only pre-schooler that tells her mother that she can't remember what she did that day, as soon as I pick her up. Drives me nuts!!
So happy that you were able to be with your family!
What a fun update. Your girls are so beautiful. I definitely think we all have our ups and downs. Sometimes we just need to let it go for a while to gather up the motivation to take it on again. Hope you have a wonderful holiday season and enjoy time with your fam!

Great update! I'm glad to hear you guys are doing well. I'm the same way with things sometimes, sometimes it is just easier to ignore things a bit. :)
Your girls are the cutest, I know I always say that, but they are! It was fun running into you today at the Pasta Factory, you look gorgeous! (Of course!) I promise I will call you soon to plan another get together.
Tiffany, hey when are we going to have another ward girls get together? We really need to! Your girls are so cute. I so know what you mean about ignoring the things you just don't want to do, I seriously could post this post about me, I think everyone goes through those moments:) It is so cute to see Brynlee come into Primary she is so ready and so reverent:)
