**For those of you who had the privilege to see the funny picture of Dave....I hope you enjoyed it! I decided I should switch it out and put a cute one of him and his girls, since I didn't have one of just the two of us! We need to be better at taking pictures of ourselves!
So on Sunday we celebrated our 6th anniversary. Has it really been that long??? We took a drive to Vegas and Dave's parents were nice enough to watch our kids for us while we went out. We were going to stay in a hotel there, but Dave woke up Sat morning with a terrible sore throat (thanks to me) and we decided we would enjoy an expensive room another night when we both felt better. We first made a stop to see some KC friends of ours who recently moved to Vegas and that was a lot of fun! Then we had reservations at a yummie Italian restaurant called Rao's. We ate A LOT of food and it was sooo good! We then walked around, did some people watching, and watched some gambling. Vegas is the best place for people watching cuz there are ALL KINDS of people there. We drove up and down the strip a couple of times and then ended the night with an In-n-out chocolate shake! No....none of this fit into my diet, but I didn't feel guilty! :) Thanks babe, for a fun and eventful 6 years, and I hope we have many many more together. I love you, and I'm so grateful for you! You're the best husband and dad ever!

Hey guys! Thanks for the comment and best wishes. Congrats on 6 years of marriage. So crazy to think i knew you guys both before you were ever married. I love it! You have the most beautiful girls and for the record my husband still talks about how cute Brinlee is with her raspy little voice. He fell in love with her when we watched her and brooklynn that one night. Good times. I look forward to reading your blog and keeping updated on your lives. Hope to see you guys soon also. XOXO

Congrats on 6 years!! I can't believe it has been that long since we were both in Mexico on our honeymoons and sharring a hotel room for a night. HA, HA, that will be something we never forget. You KNOW you are GREAT friends if you can do that:)!!

6 Years!!! That is great! I think you guys make the cutest couple and I'm so glad that you are doing so well. I'm also glad that we have been able to keep in touch over the years!

The years are just flying by...I still feel like we should still be just fresh from high school, and now, we all have kids, and they are growing up way to fast. Sounds like you had a great anniversary, and I am jealous you get to just drive to Vegas for a date... how fun.
