A TRIP TO IDAHO...

We just returned from a fun 2 week visit to Idaho and we had a great time. My sister and her family were in transition moving from St. Louis, so Brynlee and Halle were able to spend lots of time with their cousins. I didn't take very many pictures, but we had a great time and Brynlee was so excited to ride the merry go round about 20 times. She also rode on the ferris wheel at Fun Land and was so brave! She is getting so big and had her 3rd birthday while we were there. Brynlee and her cousin Remi also sang "I am a Child of God" in Relief Society this past Sunday. My mom was teaching the lesson, so we went and got the kids early from nursery and they got right up there and sang without any hesitation. We were SOOOO proud of them! Overall the trip was so much fun and WE LOVE SPENDING TIME WITH FAMILY!!!! We miss you all already!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY BRYNLEE (June 29th)

I put together a little slide show of some past pictures of Brynlee. Since I didn't start this blog until she was 2 I thought you might enjoy them.

We don't know what we would have done the past 3 years without Brynlee in our lives. She has such a fun personality and if so full of life and energy. She has been such a good little girl and we look forward to all of the years ahead! HAPPY BIRTHDAY BUBBA!!

HAPPY 4TH OF JULY!!!

We had a fun 4th of July this year. That morning we took the kids to the "hot" parade and they really enjoyed getting a little candy and seeing all the fun things in the parade. We then enjoyed a yummie BBQ at the Walker's beautiful home. This has become a tradition every year. The kids went down the many slides in their back yard and enjoyed hamburgers and hot dogs. It was then back home for naps and Mimi and Bapa were so nice to stay home with the kids while us big kids (Chels, Blake, Dave and I) went to the fireworks. The kids had been up late so many nights that we decided they'd had enough fun and could get to bed on time for once. My youngest sister recently purchased a VW bus which is a total piecer but so much fun, so the 4 of us decided to drive it to the fireworks. I wish I would have taken a picture.....but we had a lot of fun! The fireworks didn't dissappoint...as usual, and we had so much fun with Chels and Blake. Although we don't live next door to eachother like we hoped...we are sure glad they have moved closer to home!! The girls had matching dresses on, and I'm sad I didn't get any pictures of them together. I felt like I was running around with my head cut off all day, and didn't stop to take any pictures. I will just have to put them in them again, and then snap some pictures. ____________________________________________

SOME BACKYARD FUN...

The kids spend so much time in the backyard at my parents house. They LOVE to go out and swing or jump on the tramp. It is so nice because the tramp is in the ground so they just jump on and off as they wish! I hope to someday have a nice backyard that my kids can just go out and play and keep themselves entertained. My dad has always taken such great care of his yard and it is so beautiful! I hated working in it when I was growing up...but I sure appreciate it now!

These are some fun pictures that I took of Rae Rae when we were outside one day. She is soooo busy right now and loves to get into everything. It was funny though because I would put her down on the grass and she wouldn't move. She just turned 10 months yesterday and time is flying. We are still waiting on her first tooth, but I don't think it will be long. We sure love this little girl!
