OUR TRIP TO IDAHO...

We had a great time in Idaho for a couple of weeks. Although I was pretty uncomfortable, we were able to do some fun things with Brynlee to keep her entertained. We took her to a small (ghetto) theme park they have in Idaho Falls and let her ride a couple of rides. Either Mimi or I usually rode with her, but we let her go on the train by herself. She wasn't really sure about being by herself. She didn't get upset, but we couldn't get her to crack a smile.
It is kind of hard to see, but I was able to put two little piggy tails in Brynlee's hair. She was excited to have two "ponies" and two "bows". She is really good to keep her hair in while we are out and about, but about the minute we get home she pulls them out. I'm sure it has to do with her never having anything in her hair for the past two years, so she isn't really used to it yet. I'm just excited to get to do something more than her mohawk!
At Sadie's wedding she had sparklers and I think Brynlee played with about 10 of them. She did very well to just stand there with it pointed to the ground and away from herself. That day she decided that a 5 min nap in the car was all she was going to take so she was soooo tired and loopy! She had 3 ice cream cones thanks to her Aunt Sadie being one of the ice cream servers. She did very well considering her lack of sleep.
Brynlee LOVES riding the Merry go round!!! She rode this one three times in a row and probably would have gone more if they hadn't closed. Her aunt Sadie was happy to ride with her. Of course St. George doesn't have a merry go round!
