These are just a couple of cute pictures that we took of Brynlee before she headed to the pool with Dave. He likes to come home from work and take her over to the pool for about an hour. It's great because they get to play and I get a little break. I like to go with them sometimes, but lately it is a royal pain to get in a swimming suit and the break sounds a little nicer. She loves to put on hats and bandanas and look at herself in the mirror. She says "I look silly"... This is a picture of Brynlee's battle wound she received today. She was messing around on the edge of our bed, slipped off and ended up scraping the metal frame...at least I'm pretty sure that is what happened. I didn't see it at first because she was grabbing her tummy, but not long after she started to kind of whine and lifted up her shirt and said, "mommy kiss it". I then discovered what was really hurting her. I tried to put a couple of bandaids on it, but she DID NOT want me to put one on. I don't know if they scare her because that is what they put on her after she gets shots, or what her deal was. So she has been running around in panties most of the day so a shirt doesn't bother her. POOR KID!!!

Poor girl, that looks like it hurts. The BANDANA is sooo Dave, that's hilarious. How nice for you to have a break before number two comes along.
kids have all kinds of strange ideas--i wonder what they are thinking half the time. so -you feeling ok. getting down to the end!!any names?? do you have her room all done??
ouch!! She sure does look cute in her bandana though.
ouch!! that's a serious scratch!! poor baby. panties, huh? that must indicate she's pitty trained. how fun!! we're working on brooklynn but she's just not too terribly interested in it & i have to say i don't push it too hard either. of course, enjoy all the breaks you can before the next one arrives!!
Tiff, Brynlee is SO cute!! Is she potty trained?! Holy super mom!! She just barely turned 2, didn't she? If you have any brilliant ideas to make it easier, let me know. I am dreading it. Who cares that she still uses a binky if she's potty trained! You've got to pick your battles, I guess :)
